    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using our services at The Dog Boutique, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

    2. Services

    The Dog Boutique provides professional dog grooming and boutique spa services. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to our staff or other animals, or if we determine that grooming would be detrimental to the pet's health or well-being.

    3. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations received before service start receive a full refund. Cancellations after service start will be charged for the period used. Certain services may have specific cancellation policies communicated at time of booking.

    4. Pet Health and Behavior

    Owners must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues (including history of biting or aggression) prior to grooming. All pets must be up to date on required vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella) before receiving services.

    5. Matted Coats

    De-matting can be painful and dangerous for your dog. If your dog is severely matted, we may recommend shaving the coat to prevent unnecessary stress and pain. Owners will be consulted before any significant changes to the planned groom are made due to matting.

    6. Communications

    By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional messages from The Dog Boutique. You may opt-out of promotional messages at any time.
